⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Anthony Is the Real Deal! I had an excellent experience working with Anthony, and I’m extremely grateful for the way he handled my vehicle. He was friendly, professional, patient, and, most importantly, honest. Anthony didn’t just fix the problem and send me on my way—he took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. He was upfront about what needed to be done, what could wait, and what I should keep an eye on moving forward. That kind of honesty and transparency is hard to find these days! You can tell Anthony takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, and I felt confident knowing my vehicle was in good hands. Anthony, thank you for going above and beyond! Your professionalism, knowledge, and great customer service truly made a difference. I highly recommend Anthony to anyone looking for a mechanic they can trust. Five stars all the way!

Called for service on a '99 Jeep Wrangler. Front brakes. They were replaced, but apparently car was never test driven, as the front brakes were (and still are, two months later) locked up. Tried to stay in contact through call and text, but was ghosted. Never heard another word. I guess he will attempt to do the job.

Fantastic experience, great communication and very easy to work with. Fast and tidy, made the whole process very easy. Extremely professional and supported by a physical shop for larger repairs. Highly recommend and will be using again.

Anthony went above and beyond getting my 20 year old Honda back up and running. His work ethic and pricing were fantastic. He even came out on a Sunday. Highly recommend!

I’m upset….that I didn’t call Anthony sooner. This past Friday night, I was trying to find a decent person to have my car looked at and on a whim I filled out the info for a call back. Maybe not even an hour later, Anthony called me back and was very patient, hospitable, and honest. For the job itself, I greatly appreciated the fact that he not only took the time to show me what he was doing, but why he was doing it, and with what tools. Many mechanics just want to get the job done and get out. He said that he got into the business as a customer fed up with dishonest/deceptive practices of shops and it honestly shows here as I never felt that he tried to take advantage of me. If I have an issue in the future, I feel confident to use him again.

I cannot recommend Elite Mobile Mechanics of Richmond enough! My car suddenly would not start or crank yesterday, and I was stressed trying to figure out what to do. I called Elite Mobile Mechanics, and he came out the very same night to diagnose the issue. What impressed me even more was his quick turnaround. The next morning, they purchased the necessary part, returned, and had my car repaired and running by 10:00 AM. His professionalism, reliability, and dedication to helping customers are truly outstanding. Thank you so much for your fast service and for getting me back on the road so quickly. If you’re looking for an honest, dependable, and efficient mobile mechanic, Elite Mobile Mechanics of Richmond is the one to call!

Anthony was respectful, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. My starter went out at the grocery store and because of his service, I was able to have my car towed home and fixed at home within a few days. I called Anthony Friday evening and, after a short pleasant conversation, he confirmed he could come diagnose the issue the next day. He came out the following afternoon (on a Saturday) and quickly diagnosed the issue. Anthony worked me into his Sunday schedule and completed the job that afternoon. He was easy to communicate with, transparent about the cost of the replacement part, and provided an accurate estimate up front. Also, payment was simple and straightforward offering multiple payment apps. Based on my experience, I would recommend Anthony for any mobile mechanic needs you might have. Thank you again for the repair, Anthony!

I wholeheartedly endorse these experts - 5 ⭐️. During my drive, my belt snapped, but this gentleman quickly came to my aid and finished the work in an impressively short time - under 15 minutes. Their help was invaluable, as I would have been stranded otherwise. The price was competitive, and he was respectful and punctual. I strongly recommend their services. Thank you for your assistance in getting me back home.
